Today, he is Wisconsin’s leading expert on the design of fleet facilities, and has delivered seminars on the subject at numerous professional trade events.

“I want to emphasize what a good job our architect has done for us. Barrientos Design has done a phenomenal job on this project. They have designed more county highway garages than anyone else in the State.”
– William Kern, Jefferson County Highway Commissioner
