This diverse, progressive new facility encompasses the Urban League’s 20,000 SF headquarters, the Center for Economic Development Office’s Workforce Development Shops, a street level retail plaza, healthcare tenant space and work/live apartments.
The building is sited in the out lot of an existing shopping center and directly fronts Park Street for maximum pedestrian interaction. A master plan for the shopping center also envisions a new library and grocery store adjacent to the Urban League’s facility. This dynamic, mixed-use building allows the Urban League, a non-profit agency, to partake in equity development and play a key role in the redevelopment of the neighborhood.
