Barrientos Design provided peer review and technical design services for Pacific Gas & Electric (PG$E), one of California’s largest utility providers. As part of PG&E’s statewide initiative to modernize their power distribution and maintenance infrastructure, the Napa Service Center is one of eleven new facilities planned to support this transformation.

Our role included reviewing design work prepared by the lead architect, as well as providing input on equipment selection, layout optimization, and technical specifications. Throughout the construction phase, Barrientos Design supported the project with review of change orders, substitutions, and project close-out documentation, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational readiness.
