Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. was hired to develop a complete site master plan, building programming, and the design of a 52,7700 SF highway maintenance facility for Calumet County.

The site’s functions include a salt shed, fueling station, outdoor stock storage, cold storage building, and truck scale. It also has a rain garden for stormwater management.

Building functions include: heated storage for 29 vehicles, four vehicle service bays, two truck wash bays, welding shop, sign shop, striping shop, carpentry shop, tire storage, bulk fluid storage, parts storage, a lunchroom, locker rooms, and administrative offices.
