Barrientos Design created preliminary architectural and engineering designs for a new highway garage that will be approximately 53,000 SF and houses a heated vehicle storage garage, repair garage, a welding shop, a truck wash, parts storage, a crew support area, and administration offices.

This preliminary design effort advanced the Schematic Design into 30% architectural and engineered plans, where major design elements are sized, selected, located, and quantified.
