Irgens Development retained us to work with Culver Brand Design on a new office tenant improvement project. Working with a modest budget, we were tasked to design a space for a creative group that included reception space, conference rooms, offices, work rooms, collaboration areas and a kitchen.
We were able to expose brick and heavy timber columns that had previously been painted, refinish original hardwood floors, and incorporate new walls, doors, lighting, HVAC, and casework. This created a new space for this company with lots of character.
