Project Architect

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and licensed Project Architect (AIA Certified) to join our team full-time. This role involves active engagement across multiple phases of design and planning, from concept through construction. You will work closely with our Project Manager, receive leadership training, and contribute to the successful delivery of technically sound, well-executed architecture that supports our clients’ operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from early concepts to construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and client representatives
- Oversee code compliance, technical detailing, and quality control
- Conduct site visits and construction duties as needed
- Mentor junior staff and participate in internal reviews and critiques
- Maintain project schedules, deliverables, and documentation standards
Qualification
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- AIA Certification and active architectural license (required)
- 5+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
