Barrientos Design was selected by the City of Waupaca to design a new Department of Public works (DPW) facility on the site of a former sports field. The project represents a strategic relocation and upgrade on the City’s operational infrastructure.

We designed a multi-functional facility to support the City’s essential services. The new complex includes a 25-stall parking garage, a four-bay repair garage, a manual wash bay, an administrative wing, a sign shop, and a water meter testing area.

The design incorporates durable and efficient construction methods, including pre-cast structural concrete for the repair garage and pre-engineered metal building systems for the parking garage and administrative areas.
