Barrientos Design provided planning and architectural design services for the Madison Urban League’s 52,000 SF Center for Economic Development, a new, mixed-use facility located on Park Street in Madison, WI.
The diverse, progressive new facility encompasses the Urban League’s 20,000 SF headquarters, the Center for Economic Development Office’s Workforce Development Shops, a street level retail plaza, healthcare tenant space and work/live apartments.
This dynamic, mixed-use building allows the Urban League, a non-profit agency, to partake in equity development and play a key role in the redevelopment of the neighborhood.
